CODE OF ETHICS
The Board of Directors has established a set of ethical rules for the Company and its employees as set out below. These ethical rules have been communicated to Company employees and disclosed to the public through the Company’s website within the framework of the Disclosure Policy.
OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Our Board of Directors acknowledges that capital markets are founded primarily on trust and that ethical principles are therefore of utmost importance. In this respect, it considers that the rule of law and the protection thereof should constitute the foremost principle. Accordingly, it is expected that the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Board Member Responsible for Financial Affairs, and the managers of the Accounting and Finance Departments shall:
- Provide complete, fair, accurate, timely, and understandable disclosures in all reports and documents disclosed to the public or submitted to the capital market regulatory authorities with which the Company is registered.
- Act in compliance with all laws, regulations, and principles applicable to the Company and to its relationships with shareholders.
- Ensure compliance not only with the letter but also with the spirit of these ethical principles and strive to establish a corporate culture in which compliance with laws and Company policies forms the foundation of all Company activities.
Furthermore,
Persons who may have access to information contained in financial statements that have not yet been disclosed to the public are expected to maintain the confidentiality of such information in accordance with ethical principles.
