Şifa Catering started its operations as a limited company in 1998, and it became an incorporated business in 2003. As of year-end 2014, Şifa Catering had 114 employees. The Company produces 6,000 to 7,000 prix fixe meals per day.
HEALTHY AND DELICIOUS PRODUCTS
Şifa Catering implements the HACCP 22000-2005 Food Safety Management Systems at its kitchens. The Company produces food with natural ingredients and without using any chemical additives. In addition, Şifa Catering signed a service agreement with Uzman Gıda Laboratory to ensure compliance with international standards of food hygiene. Food production records are kept on file using information technology that ensures the provision of sufficient and balanced nutrition and maintains high customer satisfaction levels.
