Currently our company, has signed a land share and revenue sharing agreement project to construct residential and business buildings on an area of approximately 25.347 m2 registered in İstanbul, Esenyurt Province, Çınar District within the scope of Real Estate Project Development activities, The Company has a 10% share in the Bizim Evler Ardıçlı Joint Venture project. It is planned to have approximately 270 independent units within the scope of this project to be developed.

On May 3rd 2017 our company has signed another land share and revenue sharing agreement project to construct residential and business buildings on 2 areas of approximately 31.309  m2 and 30.396 m2 registered in İstanbul, Beylikdüzü Province, Yakuplu District within the scope of Real Estate Project Development activities, The Company has a 10% share in the Marmara Evleri Joint Venture project. It is planned to start in 2017 and be completed in 40 months from the day of agreement and to have approximately 1200 apartments and 60 commercial units.

Beginning in 2019 İhlas Gayrimenkul, a new but fast developing company has merged its power with the 30 year experience of İhlas Construction Holding in order to continue its construction and holiday tourism business under one roof. It is planned that the growth process will accelerate further, its profitability will increase and thus a more valuable company will emerge.
